Prior to co-founding Archer, Pam led the start-up of two long-running organizations. 1) The Executive Women’s Golf Association Kansas City Metro Chapter grew to membership of 300. 2) Arch Career Partners, a global human capital/advisory firm, founded 10 years ago, with strong yearly growth while securing recurring business school clients and driving multiple success stories/testimonials from individual clients. As a career coach at Chicago Booth, Pam worked with full-time, part-time, EMBA, and alumni. Prior to coaching, Pam held leadership roles in the technology industry and strategy consulting, including work with companies such as Sprint, HERE, Strategy&, Huron Consulting Group, and Diamond Management & Technology Consultants (now PwC).

KATE CORRIGAN, MBA
CTO AND CO-FOUNDER
Kate is a technology leader with over 30 years of experience. She has worked in senior consulting roles with Accenture, Diamond Management & Technology Consultants (now PwC), EDS, and IBM. She also led Application Development at Chicago Booth. Kate is an expert at integrating business and technology needs, driving go-to-market efforts, and program and project management. Her projects include a focus on customer experience and strategies to leverage data collected from operating technology. She has significant business development and client management expertise, securing projects with revenues up to $200M. She has also managed, directly and indirectly, teams of up to 80 and technology budgets of ~$5M.

PATRICIA HALL HURLEY, MLIS, MSED
HEAD OF CONTENT AND INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN
Patty is a leader in instructional design and information science. She has a background in Social Work and ~10 years experience in higher education. Patty’s education includes a B.S. in Psychology, M.S. in Library and Information Science, and a M.S.Ed in Educational/Instructional Design. Her focus is on students. Patty concentrates on learner-centered design and how to inspire the educational experience. She gets research and how to apply it as a job seeker, she is creative in designing learning strategies, and has coached numerous students and young professionals in the college to career transition. Patty has taught in higher education as a professor at the community college and university level.

HEAD OF STRATEGY AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Annie brings to Archer Career the perspective of the customer - students and job seekers. She has a background in leadership and nonprofit management, and for several years, worked at Year Up, which brings talented young adults together with top companies. Annie excels at asking questions and really digging into data to drive effective strategies and decisions. As a business leader, Annie has successfully navigated some of the most challenging business situations - working with limited resources, scaling initiatives, and start-ups seeking product-market fit. Annie was recently highlighted by Chicago Booth as a student and Booth community leader because she is “all-in.”
