Cohort-based, interview prep program. Includes weekly group practice, self-paced practice program, individual check-ins, weekly assigned partner pairings, and rewards to earn consultant connections. Plus periodic guest speakers for current and firm level insights.

What’s Included

  • Practice Plan: Created by best practices from prior Archers who received offers from MBB and dozens of large and boutique consulting firms.

  • Partner Pair: Each Partner Pair does a case practice and story practice. You complete a survey about your partner’s quality - resulting in upvote/down vote - and the next week’s pairings will reflect this review.

  • Progress Check: Each Progress Check is “earned” - You must complete the asynchronous work and attend the virtual session. 

  • Interview Mock: If 3 Progress Checks are completed, you earn a full, one hour mock interview

  • BONUS! Case Practice Connections: Based on Progress Checks, you “earn” Case Practice Connections. These are 1-1 practice sessions with former Archers who received consulting offers. Earn up to 3 pairings.

  • Consulting SMEs: During C-Club, there will be guest speakers for insights about the current hiring environment, tips, and effective practice.
