FAQs

  • We are constantly improving our software platform!

    This means you need to MANUALLY UPDATE your Go Archer app in the App Store/Google Play Store.

    Check your email for a link to your program’s signup page.

    Follow the directions on that page to signup and login.

    Need info? Contact your campus program administrator or submit a support ticket by clicking on the chat bubble on the lower right.

    Are you part of a program?
    Contact your program admistrator for your Activation Code or click on the chat bubble on the right to contact support.

    Are you interested in subscribing to Archer as an individual?
    Click on the chat bubble on the right and submit a support ticket to receive information about individual subscriptions to Archer.

  • Follow these steps to troubleshoot problems with our GO ARCHER app.

    1. Delete the app from your device

    2. Visit the App Store / Google Play store and re-download GO ARCHER

    3. Open GO ARCHER, login with your username (email) and password.

  • Follow these steps to troubleshoot issues logging in to Archer Checklist in a web browser:

    1. Delete/reset the cache in your browser (see the next FAQ for detailed instructions on how to do this)

    2. Quit your browser

    3. Restart your computer

    4. Confirm you are connected to the internet

    5. Visit: https://www.archerchecklist.com/login and attempt to login again

  • If you’re having trouble logging into Archer Checklist on the web, or can’t access the login screen, it’s likely a cache issue.

    Here’s how to reset your browser’s cache. Click on the instructions for the browser you’re using:

  • Welcome!

    The best place to start is to review the “Next Up” tile. This displays the next activity in your program.

    Click on “View Details” to see the specific instructions, and click Mark As Complete when you’re done!

    Then, you’ll see the next item appears in Next Up.

    Click Checklist in the bottom navigation bar (mobile) or View All (web) to see all the items for the week.
