The DePaul Edge Fellows Program is a selective, specialized internship for DePaul rising sophomores—built around one real-world project where you learn by doing.

The DePaul Edge Fellowship is an internship—just designed differently. Instead of random tasks, you work on one real project from start to finish, building skills that actually matter. You get structure, guidance, and support from mentors, peers, and AI tools so you’re never figuring it out alone. It’s built for students who are still learning how to work, not those who already have experience. By the end, you don’t just have experience—you know how to operate, contribute, and move forward with confidence.

What You Will Do

Through the DePaul Edge Fellowship, you will:

  • Work on a real-world project with Archer Career, from start to finish

  • Learn how to think through challenges, make decisions, and follow through

  • Build skills employers actually look for—communication, problem-solving, and professionalism

  • Develop structure and habits that help you stay on track academically and personally

  • Get support from mentors, a team, and AI tools that guide you along the way

  • Build valuable resume-ready, employer-ready experience

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need a place to start—and a system that works.

Who We are Looking For

This is a selective opportunity—only invited students are eligible to apply.

We are building a cohort of 25 rising sophomores from DePaul’s Driehaus College of Business who are ready to step up and invest in their growth.

You are:

  • A DePaul rising sophomore

  • Willing to commit fully and actively engage with your team and the project

  • Open to building skills that align with what employers actually expect

  • Able to collaborate remotely and/or in person

  • Motivated to create a real-world deliverable for Archer Career

This is for students who are ready to take ownership and build forward momentum.

Fellowship Details

  • Role Logistics

    • Part-time (10–15 hours/week), remote-friendly

    • Compensation: TBD

  • What you’ll gain:

    • Structured onboarding with training on Archer’s platform, brand, and tools

    • Hands-on experience using advanced AI tools to work smarter and build faster
