What is Archer Edge @ DePaul?
Archer Edge @ DePaul is a 10-week summer fellowship designed to support rising sophomores to build essential career skills, confidence, and professional networks.
Through a combination of:
Microlearning (stress management, time management, financial literacy, career readiness)
Real-world client projects
Peer collaboration and mentorship
Students gain hands-on experience that prepares them for internships and future careers.
The program is intentionally inclusive, flexible, and high-impact, ensuring every participant has access to meaningful professional development.
Students will receive a stipend for the fellowship. This is not unpaid, but the stipend considers this is also a learning experience.
What is your role as a Team Leader for Archer Edge @ DePaul?
You are integral to the success of the project teams and individuals you will lead.
You will guide a small team of 4-5 fellows, facilitate weekly check-ins, and work through problem solving on a real-world project, drive engagement, accountability, and confidence.

Program Details
Dates: May 20 – August 28, 2026
Commitment: ~8–10 hours/week (up to 96 hours total)
Format: Remote-friendly and flexible to accommodate summer schedules
Compensation: Stipend (details will come in your offer letter)

Next Steps
To be considered for the Team Leader role, complete the following:
Application Form – Submit your details and experience
Video Submission (2–3 mins) – Describe a time that you led a team to achieve an outcome. Explain your leadership style, behaviors, and actions, and how that contributed to the team’s success.
Written Essay (Max 300 words) – Explain how you would handle this situation. You have a team member who is limited in engagement for 2 weeks. They are not contributing to the team. What will you do in this situation. Describe your actions, conversations, and approach to get input from the Archer and DePaul team.
After You Apply
Applications will be reviewed based on your video and essay submission
Selected candidates will be shortlisted by the program team
Final offers will be shared with selected applicants
Timing:
We anticipate communicating your selection by May 15th.
You will receive a letter with your stipend amount by May 18th.
We ask for your confirmation of acceptance by May 20th.
Your onboarding will begin right away and the program will kickoff June 15th.
