Software + Micro-Learning Course

Self-directed pre-work and post-work for Apex. Access via Archer’s EdApp platform and work through micro-learning courses. 1-year subscription for all Apex program participants.

Courses will focus on application and interviewing.

WORKING SESSIONS

Learning + Activity + Community

Meet weekly: Thursdays, 5-8pm.
Location: Cobb Hall 301
Each session is deep dive working session. We will discuss topics, prepare deliverables, and deliver feedback. Build your community of support in our focused group.

ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS

1-1 Coaching + Practice

Based on engagement, you will receive stars, badges and prizes. Prizes will be 1-1 coaching sessions and access to practice sessions with Team Archer. Your reward is the job offer, but, get interim rewards to celebrate and motivate.

  • Complete fit assessment. Build recruiting strategy. Discuss generalist vs. specialist firms and roles.

  • Discuss successful consulting resumes. Assess your resume. Write and get feedback on bullets.

  • Discuss value/impact of research and networking. Work through research outline. Craft and send 2-3 networking emails. Discuss networking questions.

  • Review a case demo. Learn the core of solving a case. Work through case practice problems. Review case practice roadmap.

  • Watch an experience interview demo. Discuss typical questions. Outline 2 stories and practice. Discuss practice roadmap.

  • Discuss progress, best practices, and your questions. Gather insights on what leads to success. Create goals, accountability approach.
